It's now been nearly 2 weeks and I have opened 14 to 15 tickets with UniUni and sat on hold at least 4 separate times (and it's an hour of hold time every time). They keep saying they've "escalated" the case, but no one ever contacts me. They keep saying they are "checking the warehouse" and "checking with the driver" but no one ever contacts me.Their customer contact center is heavily under-staffed and not very knowledgeable.

6 hours ago - Without exaggeration, I have received hundreds of packages from Amazon and hundreds of packages from AliExpress. I rarely have had any shipping issues, maybe two in a hundred shipments. Until Uniuni of course. They simply refuse to deliver my package. The Uniuni website, their chatbot, and phone line are complete wastes of time.
