Whats the Human Resources phone number for UPS employees?
Does anyone have a number for UPS where I can speak with a human?? I sold two pair of shoes, packed them and went to UPS like I always do. Both boxes had pre-printed labels on the box and ready to go. So I take them and head down the road to work. As I’m walking in the door I get a notification that one of my boxes got scanned, but as the day went on I realized that they never scanned my second pair of shoes. So I called the store and they told me to file a claim and now UPS is refusing to pay the claim. So I have $300 just hanging out somewhere and no one gives a rip!!! Can anyone help me in this department?? I told them exactly what was shipped, gave them the receipt from where I purchased them from and the receipt from where I sold it. [I accidentally got 2 pair instead of 1, so I wanted my money back. But company was final sale.]
I just want my claim taken care of. If you can help in any way I would greatly appreciate it.
