I was at a conference about 5 hrs from home and realized I left my wallet at home. My husband went to the UPS store (franchise) and paid for overnight 10am delivery. I see on day 2 at the conference(delivery day!) was delayed in the same town I was in.
I get up on day 3 and realize that it’s not on a truck by 9- I’m leaving at 1. It’s not gonna make it. I call customer service and just ask them to return to sender. They confirm it’s updated and I’m good.
While I’m on my way home I get a notification that it was delivered at the conference location. I had to have them FedEx it back to me overnight.
Is there any way I can get a refund? I’ve called the store and they refuse to answer me. I’ve stopped by multiple times and “a manager that isn’t here will call you.”
I would love y'alls thoughts.. ordered a package and they shipped it 2nd day air. UPS had it sit for a few days and now it won't be delivered for five days since it has shipped.. can I file a claim with UPS?
