My package is stuck in Vienna for 20 days and the package was sent from USA over two months ago. It is just a T-shirt so I don't see any reason for it to be held in one place for so long (it was already stuck in Chicago for two weeks). I couldn't find any email address for international shipping on their website.
Does anyone know the international number for USPS? I sent a package from Australia to the US (which I’ve done successfully many times before) but after the package cleared customs in the US there’s been literally no updates on tracking since the 7th of February, which is a bit ridiculous.
AusPost recommended getting the customer to call USPS to find out what’s happening but as I want this sorted I thought I would just call and see what’s happening, as it was a high value order. Except I’ve been googling for half an hour and called several numbers that don’t work. I know I can email, but I would prefer to talk to a human if possible.
If I can’t contact them, then I have to open up an international case with AusPost, which is fine but I would rather just have an update, especially if it’s close to being delivered.
