I've had Vacmaster VP215 (supposedly longer life than the VP210 since it used an pump w/oil) for about 5 years which is almost exactly the same as the VP210 and it's a tank. I have never knock on wood had a leaky bag. Even putting in a bag that has stuff spilled on the edge still seals perfectly. That double seal is awesome. Mine had a defective o ring on the oil tank when I got it and I learned the company doesn't want to deal with defective equipment. It's heavy/expensive to ship back and forth so I'm not sure how good their support is. That being said, there isn't much to these unita and all the spare parts are available, so if you're handy you should be fine. I am guess the other vendors on your list might be similar support wise but vacmastera are more well known.
