Firstly, warheads and toxic waste are a mere shell of what they were a few years ago due to the pandemic causing a shortage of proper ingredients. Warheads are, at most, a vaguely sour fruit hard candy at this point. Toxic waste is the same unless you go out of your way to buy the nuclear fission variant which is also not that sour. Honestly, I think the USA has some weird food laws that allow candies to have more than a certain amount of the acid that makes them sour. Like I think they must have made it lower recently, that coupled with the aforementioned pandemic shortages. You’re probably not gonna find anything all that sour in the US these days. Sorry I couldn’t list one super sour candy, there’s just none on the market right now as far as I’m concerned. More on reddit.com
