I was able to get a ps5 on the 19th on Walmarts 3pm. The tracking info never updated since the 20th.
I just noticed under my account with the FedEx mobile app, it's showing a completely new label and tracking into. My ps5 is actually moving now.
For anyone with currect FedEx tracking info but no movement updates except when it was created and shipment info was sent to FedEx, Walmart might of had some issues with the previous labels and created a new one with accurate movement.
This new tracking number isn't in the Walmart account tracking for the order yet.
Please download and sign up for the FedEx app. Once you do that, you should be able to see any and all packages for your address shipped via FedEx. Same with UPS My Choice.

I have question on who should i trust walmart is telling me my order will arrive April 4th which is tomorrow on the walmart app its saying it was shipped already on Saturday morning its original delivery date was April 6th on the walmart app but it changed now to april 4th but in fedex tracking its still saying its still expected to arrive on April 6th. which is one is accurate?

In my experience if FedEx has the package trust them. Their estimate date of arrival is almost always right when the package is on the way. If they haven’t received it yet from Walmart then I would trust Walmart. My estimate dates before FedEx picks it up is almost always wrong for me so 🤷🏻♂️

I’d probably trust the people that have the package more, which would be FedEx. The ball is in their court for getting it to you.
