Based on what we have the Indominus Rex can give us a clue. Lets look at its DNA, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Giganotsaurus, Therizinosaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops, Carnotaurus Velociraptor, Cuttle Fish, Tree Frog, Pit Viper
Now lets analyze it. These are the dinosaurs that the Indoraptor would be made of :

http://www.prehistoric-wildlife.com/images/species/d/deinonychus-size.jpg Velociraptor (This is the actual size of the JW raptors)
Now that might not be all. There is a posibility that it had allosaurus DNA instead of Giganotosaurus DNA. This would make it much stronger and deadlier, just like it is. Now the freakish think is that it can climb. It might have Gecko DNA instead of Cuttlefish DNA since it can ambush by climbing, so there is no need for it to camelflouge. Therizinosaurus DNA might be the reason it can walk on 4 legs or bend on all 4s.
This should be what the Indoraptor is completely made of
Indoraptor = Velocraiptor, Majungasaurus, Rugops, Allosaurus, Therizinosaurus, /Gecko, Fire Salamander

According to the newest Amber Society video, Indoraptor has Abelisaurus DNA. This was never EVER mentioned in the movies, marketing or merch, but I guess it makes sense for Universal.
Indoraptor and Indominus are pretty much an amalgamation of the entire abelisauridae at this point.

Indominus - Carnotaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops, Pycnonemosaurus, Quilmesaurus, and Viavenator.
Indoraptor - Carnotaurus, Abelisaurus, Velociraptor.

I still think Rugops (size and crest) and maybe Pycnonemosaurus (for the size) are the most viable candidates to be new abelisaurids in JWE2.
