I'm looking for a high quality fabric, high gsm basics hoodies/jackets, tshirts and jeans. I have no clue what brands are good and what to look for. Any recommendations would be great as a starting point.
Where do you get your hoodies from?
[DISCUSSION] Brands that make nice hoodies
Depends on your price range.
For the low, Gildan or Hanes make pretty good quality hoodies when you consider the price. I'd also recommend Fleet Farm or Carhartt.
I don't really know any good hoodies in the $50-100 range except for Ronin Division but you have to cop when they drop or pay resell. Dear god do they make so nice hoodies though.
After $100 you start to get into the good stuff. Reigning Champ, Noah, Supreme (for retail but even that is getting more expensive than it used to be), and John Elliott are all great quality in my experience. I try to stick to hoodies made in Canada or Italy as I find the quality is usually a lot better and the products come guilt free since they have actual labor laws.
I personally think the quality is marginally better once you get out of this range and you're go further into paying for brand name or unique cut. Nothing wrong with either of those but when I'm looking for a nice hoodie with some design elements to it I try to stay under $300.
Above all else though, finding the right brand or blank is super important. I really like Noah hoodies so I have a couple but if you hate the way a hoodie fits or feels try something else.

We're leaving summer and it's slowly getting to hoodie weather. I had a quick look around online but I'm getting a bit overwhelmed with choice and I don't know which brands are actually good value. What are your picks?
