2019 fantasy drama television series

As a fan of the books, and a very big fan of the games, I would be very depressed if this was it for Witcher on the big screen. But the way it's looking, Netflix writers have basically destroyed any good will with the fan base, and Season 4 is now looking like it's 50/50 that it will even get made given the ongoing strike, and very poor ratings Season 3 has garnered thus far. Many are thinking Netflix will just stick a fork in the whole thing and be done with it.
I don't see any big studios trying to tackle a "Witcher" feature film project in the near future, and I think we can all agree that a "rebooted" TV series is probably not an option for the next 15-20 years due to the Netflix fiasco...
I think that's the most tragic part of this whole thing; these writers, due to their own hubris and narcissism, have robbed us, the actual FANS, of any big screen, legitimately source material faithful Witcher shows for a very long time.
I guess there is a little hope at the end of the tunnel with CD Projekt working on a "Witcher 4" game (code name "Witcher Polaris"). I can't wait to see what storylines they tackle in the new game.
