I have been applying to alot of jobs on different workday sites. It seems like all of my application statuses are showing in progress. most of these have been there for a month some are stuck on this status for many months. Is hr slow to respond, or have I quietly been ignored? is it typical for workday to work like this?
'In Process' Workday Application Status
Looks like from what I've read, 'In Process' on Workday is either getting an offer, or simply selected as one of the top candidates. Does anyone know if its one or the other? Interviewed 2 weeks back and it remains same status.
I have shared my documents and done with the HR discuss aswell..
During HR discussion they told I will get offer in 4 days but now it's 2 weeks over no update yet...

I understand this question probably gets asked a lot but I have been searching and cannot find an answer.
I applied to a few analyst roles at Disney over the last 30 days. One job I applied for on July 21st and on August 20th, I got a rejection email. Then, I saw two jobs that I feel I am qualified for, and applied to them both on 8/24. One of them the status changed to “Application Under Review” while the other one still has “Application Received”. For the application that is under review I noticed someone from Disney looking at my LinkedIn.
My question is does every application get a “Application Under Review” or only applications that are short listed for a potential interview? I presume the status “Under Review” does not guarantee me an interview of any kind, but are chances higher for me to receive an email/call for an initial screening? Or should I lower my expectations?
