When I try to login, it ask me to add another account. When I tried to add the same email again, it won't let me ("This account already exists on your device"). Is there anyway to login to twice? I have developer mode enabled btw, so if there's any developer mode command that can force this, please share. Thanks.

You should be automatically signed in, if you are using your Chromebook with a Google account. Why are you using the browser and not the PWA? PWA should be best for Chromebook use. Are you able to use other Google properties with this account? Drive, Sheets, Docs, Photos? What are your Cookies and Site Settings like? Have you tried resetting to default? Are any sites disallowed? Malfunctioning cookies will definitely affect sign-in. Do you have another device, or account, to try with? Short of power-washing, which is a drastic, desperate, data-destroying step, what about removing your account from Chromebook and set it back up again? Or, use in Guest Mode and see if you can achieve it there?
