When the backlight goes away the remote is no longer in Child Lock. The remote and adjustable base will work normally. see less Hold down both buttons on the right side ( the foot raise and lower buttons ) for about 5-7 seconds it should flash a few times then it should be released.

November 3, 2024 - I ran into this with a guest with an ease 3.0. Basically it's a process of trouble shooting. Depending on the sticker on the back of your remote your child lock sequence varies. I wanna say if the back sticker is white and orange you press and hold the foot down and head down for 3 seconds or when the lights blink once, then head up and foot up for 3 seconds or until it blinks twice.

If the adjustable bed remote stops working, first verify all cables are securely connected to the control box. The blue light on the connection box indicates power, while the green light on the cable shows communication status.

Step 3: Within 10 seconds, press and hold the PAIR button on the back of the remote. The PAIR button will illuminate and start to flash. When the PAIR button stops flashing, the LED light on the control box will stop flashing.

The remote LED backlight will flash. When it stops flashing, the remote is no longer in Child Lock.

Disable the Child Lock because the remote may locked.
