I was wondering if anyone had bought something online from Abercrombie and gotten it shipped to Canada. My order was ~$100 CAD and I was just wondering if I’d have to pay for duties on top of that.

I bought a winter coat online but unbeknownst to me their coats are huge, so I need to downsize. I know their distribution and return centre is in the US. Does anyone know if I have to pay extra for shipping or what carrier they use, their website is slightly vague.
I did it once. Just use the mailing label and mail it at the post office. I got my refund after 2 weeks.
I did have to pay for the return shipping though.
You ship it to their location in Ontario, after which they ship it back to their centre. It takes a while to process/travel but I always get my refund.
All the Abercrombie stores within a 100mi has "order not available for pickup at this location." Does anyone know what is happening? Are they discontinuing this and making you ship to your house? I tend to order below $99 so I choose to pickup instead.
At this rate my whole order will be canceled. I'm at 25% left.

Usually my stuff gets here in under 5 days but this time it’s been 7 days and it hasn’t even shipped. Is this normal? I ordered the same exact one in a smaller size a day after this one was placed and I’ve already received that one.
My daughter came across super sales, and I managed to get an essential crewneck, essential hoodie and 4 T-shirts for less than 80$ Canadian. Realizing after I placed the order it’s from aberfitboutique-ca.com I can’t find any thing about it online. Any info out there ? Worried now.
On November 27th I ordered several items online, there was an extended black friday sale. Today I checked out the website and saw that theres a new promotion on that would save me even more on a few items that I already ordered. I had heard that they have a price adjustment policy, so I looked it up on the website. It said that it only applied to full price merchandise, and the items I ordered were on promo, but I figured why not try sending an email, it takes 2 minutes and could save me some money. I sent the email at 11:07, and at 12:15, I got email saying that I would be given the credit to my card! $52! for sending an email! But wait, there's more. two minutes later, I get another email with a 30% discount code for a future purchase, good until January 30th. I'm honestly so impressed, especially taking into account how expensive things have been in general recently, and how so many clothing stores have raised prices while lowering quality.
