I’m having trouble trying to send a couple bank statements through their message center. For weeks now I only get an error message and am told to call, when I call I just get a runaround and I’m given a fax number which doesn’t seem to work because they say they don’t have it. I had a payment go through early July that wasn’t posted on my online account and I keep trying to find a way to send the bank statements but I’ve had no luck, no one seems to be able to help. I had attempted to talk with an online representative and I was told that it had to be 8mb, don’t know what that is but I converted the statements I downloaded into jpeg and still doesn’t work, I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem or how to get it resolved. At this point I think gonna have to send it through mail lol. More on reddit.com

Bought a car last week and made the increasingly apparent poor choice of financing it with ally.
This morning the number +1 (877) 669-5107 Called me claiming to be ally and wanted to confirm my account information. By some miracle I was awake at this hour and In my half asleep state gave them the last 4 of my ssn. The man on the phone already knew the car I bought and all my other general info(name,addy,phone number,ect)
Just wondering if this is actually ally or if I just handed over my identity.
