Was working fine until the other day. Just seems to hang on this loading screen. I've tried clearing the cache and data and reinstalling multiple times but it makes no difference.

Oddly enough, I can get it working by using the Alexa App off my phone and selecting TV as the output device? But that's really annoying to have to do each time, especially when it worked seamlessly before.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue recently? Or knows of any fixes for it?

I'd prefer not to factory reset if I can, as I have APKs that are hard to source now. Thanks.

I was able to get it to play one podcast. But any song I try to play it just says it's playing but the time sticks at 00:00. It just never starts playing the song.

This started yesterday. It's functioning on all other home devices. I've done all the troubleshooting and it just won't proceed to the login screen. No error messages, just a blue screen with small white vertical bars moving up and down in the center of screen. Have uninstalled and yada yada, nothing helps.

I know it has a ten device limit but no new devices have been added. The LG C1 is awaiting an upgrade rolling out but nothing for my set yet. Anyone else seeing this?
