When amazon processes the shipment a tracking number is generated for the package, but it won't appear in UPS' system until they receive the package and process it. As for why UPS hasn't received the package? Anyone's guess. When this happened to us at a warehouse I used to work in, the most common cause was the package being put on the wrong truck, as we had multiple different companies we used to ship items. For the most part, those packages were lost for good, we almost never got them back. Of course, we would rectify the situation for the customer by sending out a replacement part. My order has been delayed. It went from a TBA (Amazon Logistics tracking number) to a UPS tracking number. But the UPS tracking number doesn’t exist in the UPS system. Is this weird? Will my package ever arrive? Thanks!
