I mean in matter of new fresh stuff and functions vs. stability

It's usually better to wait for official releases until bug fixes and optimizations are done.

I have an S23U on T-mobile with a physical SIM that's been on the OneUI 6 beta for about three days. I've reported 4 minor bugs to Samsung. The software is quite stable for a Beta. However, you have to decide what your risk tolerance is and what your reasoning would be for trying it. If my phone had any serious issues I could pop my SIM into my old S22 and still be able to carry on. Some people don't have that option and because of their work or lifestyle must have an absolutely reliable phone. I tend to be more idealistic in that I'm doing it to hopefully help other users get a better product. I also participated in the OneUI 5 Beta with my S22 last year.
Again, so far so good as my S23 Ultra is stable on this Beta.
As for features, the new system font is nice and the redesign of the notifications and settings toggles looks good. I don't know that there's a particularly "must have" new feature that is going to rock your socks off if you get the Beta though.

December 23, 2024 - I figured out how to get the Beta Banner to Show up in the members app for those of you who dont see it. uninstall the members app and reinstall it from the GOOGLE playstore and open it and wala you can now join Android 14 Beta
