So prefer Powerchute Personal edition Of course my APC battery backup isn't the newest that show on product pages compatible software, this one listed none LOL, but sticks with Powerchute Personal Edition as long as i can now on, as Newer Program didn't work at all here sadly, if it would've worked fine--i may have stayed with it, not sure Model of my APC Battery backup is BN1350M2 Purchased May 2018
