If you have trusted devices, are you not able to follow the instructions here to change your password on your device, rather than through the website? https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT201487 Edit: On your phone, go to Settings > Your name > scroll down to see a list of all devices. This should tell you what is connected to your account and what you may have forgotten about. More on reddit.com

So my wife and I shared an Apple ID forever but we recently separated the ids and I got my own. I made a new Apple ID and it went smoothly except once a day it asks me to put the password for the old Apple ID for some reason.
Not a huge deal just kinda annoying. I did delete all the apps and redownload them. I can update them without putting in the old password so that’s not the issue.
Any ideas?

You might have missed an app installed from the previous account. Sharing Apple Accounts messes a whole lot of things up. You might want to consider setting up your phone from scratch. Make sure your accounts are linked together as a family.

I forgot my screen time password and when trying to reset it using apple id, I get sent back to the screen where you need to input your password and the time limit before trying again increases. Based on what I saw online, it might be because the apple id is not the one the screen time was set up with. Is there any way to check what was used ?
