Where to buy Apple products here?
Do not buy Apple hardware locally, order from Apple's web site. If you must have it immediately then buy from Best Buy since at least they have some return policy. If you run into issues with your shiny new Mac out of the box, local stores will generally offer to fix it but not replace it. Restart is probably the worst - I know someone who was sold an open box (probably demo) computer that was repackaged as new. For repairs, Byte computers has one of the best Mac technicians on the the island and they're reasonably priced. More on reddit.com

Hope it’s nice! I went to the Eaton Centre location yesterday in Toronto for the first time and for what I would’ve thought is a main store (at least in Canada) it was sad and ugly quite frankly. My local Apple Store about 45 mins outside of Toronto is nicer in a town no one outside of Southern Ontario has ever heard of. More on reddit.com

Seeing that the Lower Mainland has 4 Apple Stores, I was wondering if any of you knew when Apple planned on opening one here in Victoria? Also where is a good place to get Apple hardware serviced here? Thanks.

London Drugs is really underrated for their Computer Departments. I got my Ipad pro there with great service and Apple care. All I do is bring it to them if something happens until the Apple care runs out. No mailing it myself and dealing with Apple. Return policy was great, too. They seem to hire people who know their stuff or train them better than Best Buy.
