CPU: RYZEN 5 5600X

Motherboard: TUF Gaming X570-PLUS (WI-FI)

Description of Original Problem: I got the Ryzen 5 5600X which is not compatible out of the box with the X570.I don´t have a Zen3 or Zen2 processor to upgrade the BIOS, neither does the motherboard have a BIOS Flashback button to upgrade with the help of a USB.
-
Troubleshooting: The local IT shops were not able to help me and I think AMD does not send loan boot kits in my country (Germany).

Can someone orientate me? I don´t want to send back the motherboard as it is a gift. I have the feeling that I have no options.

So I keep reading mixed things about being able to flash the Asus Tuf Gaming X570-Plus without an older Ryzen CPU, I only have a 5800X. So has anyone been able to do it and if so how? I know the board has no bios flashback port but it does have st called EZ Flash 3 Utility which seems to be able to upgrade to the new bios. Right now I can't even get the board to boot at all and nothing shows up on the monitor. Although I also have no case and I've been trying to short pwr_sw to turn the mobo on so maybe I've just been doing that wrong or the board just can't boot without a cpu. 1st time building a computer and would love any help. Thanks!
I’ve looked up videos but none seem to help me out. When i download the file off the Asus support page for the motherboard there is a file called “BIOs Renamer” or something like that. No video seems to tell me what to do with it, maybe I’m just looking in the wrong place. Someone please help.
Also I’m updating my BIOs because I cant play games that use Easy Anti-Cheat, because they crash my PC. I was told it was due to and outdated BIOs but if someone has a different fix please tell me. Thank you in advance :)
Edit: I’ve updated my BIOs and I can now run games that use Easy Anti-Cheat!
