The latest Azure icon pack appears to be from 2021. A lot has changed since; many icons are missing (e.g. Entra), many icons have been redesigned (e.g Resource Groups). Azure AI Document Intelligence (in my opinion). You can easily train custom models (or processors) with your documents in either Azure AI Doc Intelligence or Google Doc AI, however, in terms of extraction accuracy, you might find Azure to be better. This customization is needlessly complicated to achieve with Amazon Textract. With Azure, you can work with miltipage documents without needing to first split them. In terms of costs, not sure if there are any significant differences among the three big players, based on my experience using all three. I'd wager it's ocr and then a multi class labeling. Or something similar to NER. I've even seen models (e.g. Donut from ClovaAI) that just do this end-to-end - image in, JSON out in a generative manner. Many ways to do this, not sure which one exactly MS uses. BTW. They also have old school document intelligence where you have to define templates for where to find what on a page. Then it doesn't even have to be ML. More on reddit.com
