Durable, loose fit work khakis/pants
Khakis: A Man's Guide To Fit And Style
Can we just once have an article that doesn't have to get itself off on how masculine it is?
This would have been perfectly fine as: "Khakis: A Guide for Fit and Style".

So I’ve been having trouble finding some good pants for work. I’ve owned relaxed fit khakis from mountain khaki, carhartt, and wrangler and my thighs are too big for those.
I’m trying to find some durable and loose fit khakis. Everything I find is either carpenter jeans (don’t want the extra pockets) and/or not available in loose fit with a 36” inseam.
I work in a chemical plant, so stuff I own tends to get dirty and can easily get caught on equipment. I’d also like them to look somewhat nice as I have meetings with people of various levels during the work day.
Hoping I can get some help here. Preferably pants < $75 since they’ll be in a somewhat harsh environment. Loose fit, 36” inseam, and khakis or tan work pants without the carpenter leg pockets.
Any recommendation would be appreciated!
Everyone online recommends the Jcrew giant fit khakis, but they don’t fit me. i’m very tall (6’ 7”) and these pants are incredibly short. does anyone know any good alternatives that would look just as good but be able to fit me ?
