My wife and I purchased the king size luxury firm mattress, some bedding and pillows, and a matress bed frame(Santorini). We were hoping to spend money on quality and just buy everything from the same place. We've had our set up for about three months. Their customer service is easy and quick, no doubt. We had a few hiccups with the delivery service but that wasn't SAATVAs fault but they still handled it. I'll be honest, I haven't had many big name mattresses before but after sleeping on my MIL bed over Thanksgiving, I'm glad to be back home in my comfy bed.

Here's my issue, the bed frame. The first month of owning it, it started squeaking. We took it apart and tighted all the screws. The squeaking stopped for a a few days and would start again. About a month later my wife and I were in bed and the wooden support legs gave out and snapped. My wife and I have a combined weight of 300lbs so not too much stress on the legs. We could feel the bed sag in the middle because the wooden legs were no longer supporting the mattress.

We were able to return it or replace it. We opted returned it with no problems. We then purchased a bed frame on Amazon that was 5 times cheaper than the SAATVA bed frame. It has sturdy metal frame, came with a neat torque allen wrench tool, the wooden slats were thicker and seemed like a better quality wood, overall the quality was superior to SAATVA.

I understand SAATVA is a matress company before a bed frame company. As for now the mattress is great. It might be too early for me to recommend it to friends or family. But definitely stay away from the bed frame, the quality is very bad compared to MUCH cheaper alternatives.

I just ordered a Saatva adjustable frame and have a platform bed with drawers. I saw where it said zero clearance so I was thinking it would be fine and just sit on top of the slats. Now I’m not so sure. Anyone here know or have one like this?

I just got the Saatva Lineal Adjustable Base and am having trouble finding a headboard that’s compatible with it. I’m looking for something modern. First one I ordered wasn’t compatible with the base, so I ordered a bedframe through Saatva and it didn’t fit in the elevator. Bed is king size for reference. Any advice/recommendations super appreciated!
