What is a good credit card for fair credit scores?

I (639 credit score) could use some advice on where to go from here. I currently have a Discover secured card ($300 limit) for the past 5 months or so and honestly its really helped me finally get a grasp of financial literacy/reaponsibity.
Id like to add a second card to my wallet if for anything to centralize bills and such. I've listed below one card I found out about and the rest are from Credit Karma. Im just not sure where I should go from here so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I dont have many bills, mainly just cell and some subscriptions. The one caveat to the quicksilverone is the annual fee $(40?) Which would be nice to avoid.
Citi Double Cash - heard about this card, any opinions?
Capital One QuicksilverOne - good chance (CK)
Capital One Quicksilver - excellent chance (CK)
Capital One Platinum - excellent chance (CK recommended)
I’m trying to find a solid card with a decent limit with my fair credit score. It was in the 710-720 range a few months ago, but my parents ran the balance up on the card I’m listed as an AU on, and my utilization is now at 46% despite my own personal card being at 5%. I have some purchases coming up very soon I’d like to put on a CC for the cashback/other possible rewards, and the increase in limit will help my utilization until I can be removed as an AU, as I’m apartment hunting as well. I’m sitting at 660 average, what are my best options? My credit age is just under 5 years, and I only have two cards under my name only. Any suggestions, as well as tips all around, are very much appreciated.
Edit: Current cards: SYNCB $5500 (parents card) at $5144 currently Discover $3500 at $190 (paying off tomorrow!) SYNCB $5000 at $0
Income: I’m a student currently, so it’s hard to estimate between my part time job and internship, I’d say probably $20-$25k? this year
Oldest acct opened on July of 2015, the card I am an AU on opened in Oct of 2015
I’ve never made any late payments on my cards, I can’t speak for theirs as I have no way to access the info. I have no preference truly for the perks, travel would be nice but I don’t feel i am in the position to be very picky about it.
My credit score is currently 640. It dropped significantly after I paid off my student loans last year (my only debt). I would like to increase my score but I really don’t want to pay a deposit on a secured card. That seems to be the only offers my bank is sending me. Having a CC that’s good for travel/hotel/car rentals would be nice because I honestly couldn’t care less about the 1-3% cash back rewards. Is it possible to be approved for any unsecured cards? Also, ones that periodically raise credit limits? Which would you recommend?
