Method 1:
I would suggest you to run the troubleshooter and check if it helps.
a) OpentheRecording Audio troubleshooterby clicking the **Start button,**and then clicking Control Panel.
b) In the search box, type troubleshooter, and then click Troubleshooting.
c) Under Hardware and Sound, click Troubleshoot audio recording.
Method 2:
If the persists, you may try connecting the headset to another computer as suggested by Basith M on September 12, 2013. Check if the issue occurs on other computer or not.

Hey reddit, is anyone else having issues with their blue parrot headset after updating the firmware to 1.19?
Ever since I downloaded the new firmware from 1.16 to 1.19 my headset shuts off after 2 minutes.
Tried a different device as well as their updater for PC but I can't revert back to 1.16 without the files for 1.16 and can't seem to find it anywhere online.
what is going on with this headset and Android phones or the pixel 6pro? but i think it might apply to all pixels. the mic volume for the other side is terribly low and extremely frustrating. people can't hear you. there is no way to control mic volume. there is just one volume control for the general Android volume. this is supposed to be a premium headset for making calls and is almost unusable because of this.
i tried finding apps or rooted magisk modules to tweak mic volume since Android doesn't offer anything but no luck. not surprisingly, pixel buds volume is loud and clear. it's Google deliberately sabotaging other Bluetooth mics to make theirs better because theirs sure works fine. but I'd really like to use this headset. I've spent hours troubleshooting this the past few years no luck. and i even had prior to this the older 450xt model and same result.
