Every time I move house, I have to relive the agony of reconnecting my wireless bass module. When I plug it in, the status light blinks all three colours in a series. Then when i use my remote to connect it to my Soundtouch 300, the bass' status light changes to solid amber, while my Soundtouch connectivity light blinks white. After a couple of minutes, that Soundtouch connectivity light goes to a solid white, but the bass module goes back to the amber/white/red series. I've looked in the manual and can't find any info - does anyone know what this light sequence means?

I was playing music on it for about an hour and suddenly the bass module stopped working, i checked it out and its powered on, the white light is there and it's paired up with my soundbar on the app, its just not making any sound. The speaker has power and connects but just doesn't make any sound whatsoever. I have no idea what the problem is any ideas or suggestions? I've had it for 10 months approximately.
Hi , just as the title says , I bought last year the whole bose 700 series (soundbar , bass module and rear speakers). Everything was working fine until one day (three months ago), the bass module started to have connection issues , the lights start blinking amber and unless I disconnect the whole system it won't reconnect or directly doesn't connect ( just the bass module) , I contacted the costumer service here in Spain (with silent S) and they "replaced" the motherboard from my soundbar (they thought that was the problem but no) and the problem continues , they say they already tested and its working fine from their part , but its now the third time that I waste my time going there and leaving the system with them and they dont offer me a solution , they say is not the problem from the subwoofer or anything else... and they cannot replace the subwoofer because "Its working" any help? I already tried the troubleshoot and nada. I leave a video that I found on youtube with the same issue I have.

Hey everyone! I just purchased a used AM300 and wanted to add it to my Soundbar 700.
I’ve now tried almost every instruction I could find on the internet but it‘s always the same process:
I’m able to add the AM300 as an extra device in the app but with completing this, the LED is blinking in amber, signalising that it’s ready to pair.
Although it won’t connect wireless in and scenario, the connection via 3,5mm cable is working and the status LED instantly switches to solid white and the sub works perfectly.
That’s all it does and I don’t know what else to do. It still has it’s warranty so in the worst case they will fix it but maybe someone has had the same issue and can help out?
Thanks in advance!
