September 27, 2022 - Hi everyone, I have a problem with my bose portable smart solid red ring light and the speaker cannot power on. ... I'm having the same issue and I know of another having same issue as well--timeline matches other posts below. Are there others? I've gone through all the normal suggested manual protocols and once or twice in the past had to use them as well. I called Tech Support and went through a sort of different correction process--they connected into my phone app--with Tech Support and it worked until it was powered off.

Try moving it closer to the speaker · If possible, turn off all other nearby Bluetooth devices or disable their Bluetooth functionality · Make sure your Bluetooth device supports the A2DP (stereo Bluetooth) profile · When connecting to a PC or Mac computer, make sure to select the Bose SoundLink Color speaker as the audio output device within the audio settings menu of the device. This worked for me....!To reset the Bose SoundLink Speaker: · On the speaker, press and hold the Mute button for 10-12 seconds or until the LED Indicators Flash · The speaker should now be powered off, now press the Power button to power the speaker back on. · Now, try connecting your Bluetooth device to the Bose SoundLink Wireless Speaker.

I got a new portable smart speaker yesterday. Charged it to 98% then I disconnected the cable and turned off the speaker. Now it won't turn back on. I plugged in the changing cable and still nothing. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?
I had the same issue with my previous portable smart speaker as well. I should have stuck with my resolve plus, it's way better than this, worked flawlessly.

I had the same issue, and tried all the same advice. In desperation, i deleted all my blue tooth connections to Bose speaker. Reset the speakers to start from scratch so it was like new. · Paired all my devices to the speaker, and all worked fine. Not sure why it failed to play, and strange it was all my iPhone and iPad not working, but air-Pods worked all the time.!!
