Some models in the Bunn line run 12 cups (most will do 10). I'd advise against the "Phase Brew" or "Heat and Brew" lines -- I had two and they most certainly were not BIFL but they were quite different from Bunn's usual product. Could even look at their commercial products from a restaurant supply store (maybe used if that doesn’t squick you out) but I think some of them require a water line to be run to the brewer. Here's some suggestions: Toss the plastic brew basket and get a Bunn Gourmet "C" Metal Basket so you can use SCAA standard coffee brew ratios and also clean it better. You'll need Bunn Gourmet paper filters to fit the basket as well. The picture is a little fuzzy but it looks like there is some scale build up around the pour over hole, that probably means there is scale in the tank as well, so I would descale the machine. You can turn off the machine, remove the screws for the hot plates, pull them up and disconnect the electrical wires for them to disable them. Just make sure to cap the wires. Test the water temp and make sure its around 202F, give or take a little but that's what I set it for. The easiest way for me is to remove the top panel and stick the thermometer down the hole where the water enters the tank. There should be a thermostat under the metal part you pour the water into that you can adjust. For these types of machines I actually use a 1:17.3 coffee to water ratio and not a 1:16.6 like Bkultra suggests. Even with the gourmet baskets its hard to not overflow grounds over the filter at a 1:17 and harder at 1:16. Pour in about 12-16oz of water, wait about 45-60 seconds for the coffee in the basket to bloom and then pour in the rest of the water. Make sure things are clean, check the area where the brew basket slides in, if there is oily coffee build up it is probably rancid and gross tasting. Remove and clean the spray head too, it just unscrews. If what you brew tastes too weak for your tastes, grind a little finer and try again. If it tastes too strong then grind a little coarser and try again. Good luck! More on reddit.com
