Before the request, a little bit of context: I'm 29, and I don't want to dress like an older guy. But I've found that old-fashioned dress pants are much more comfortable (to me, at least) than jeans or chinos. So my question is: how can incorporate them into my wardrobe without completely changing my style (or lack of it)? I usually wear blue jeans, sneakers, a wool sweater (I love sweaters) and a shell jacket if it's cold.
One important detail: I don't wear shirts cause they don't suit me: I have broad shoulders but short arms, and my torso is quite long compared to my legs, so shirts usually make me look odd: they're either too long or too narrow.
I love chinos that they can easily be dressed up or down, but sometimes I want something more interesting, is there any kind of pants that are as versatile as chinos?
