Hi friends,
I've got a fully loaded M1 Mac Mini on the way. I've been using my fully loaded i9 MBP 16" for over a year now and in general that thing just feels sluggish. I work in software so I do programming and usually have dozens of tabs open. Chrome is slow as heck on the Intel Mac. I really wanted to switch to Safari but it seems like this is not an option because I need to have separate sandboxes for my work accounts and personal accounts.
So how has Chrome been since it released it's native M1 compatible version?

I'm really not sure why Chrome is so popular. Test after test has found Safari on Mac and Edge on Windows to be the fastest and most efficient browsers. Apple says that Safari gets you up to 1.5 hours more battery life vs. Chrome.
