Been refreshing for about 10 minutes now. Tried other claude.ai sites. I'm still payingfor this subscription -- what's going on?
It seems like the connection from me to the server isn't stable or something i don't know.. its stuck so often like this

I'm working on a 50k word pdf and seeing the above error.
I am a Claude Pro subscriber, and the service has been working great prior to today. This morning I found myself unable to access my conversations, and even to logout. The webpage loads, but any actions all gave the same error ("We are unable to serve your request.", in the upper right hand corner of the screen). Then, when I forced a logout via deleting my cookies, I have been unable to login.
Even just opening the webpage gives a "We are unable to serve your request" error. I have tried multiple browsers, and even changed network configurations. Attempting a login gives more instances of the same error. All other websites work perfectly.
Any ideas? Anyone know what might be going on or ideas I could try? I contacted Anthropic via support, but the bot says they typically respond within 5 days. 😒
EDIT: 2 hours later, it has started working again.
EDIT2: The next day, and the problem is back again. 😢 I can't do anything in Claude without just a stream of errors. This is so frustrating as a paying user.
I’m facing a serious bug in my Claude (iOS) that is blocking me from using it.
Whenever I send a prompt, I receive a message:
“ Error while sending message A network unknown error occurred. Try again. “
Well, I’m “trying again” for a month now and this error is still happening. I tried different networks too, the error remains.
I uploaded here a picture informing the Claude version and video reproducing the bug.
Is someone facing the same?

I've been trying to use Claude all day and have not been able to continue a single chat long or short. I've been trying and all i get is "An Error Has Occurred Please Try Again". Is this happening for anyone else?
I am unable to sign up/log in to Claude via my PC. Immediately upon visiting the site, I am greeted with a couple of "We are unable to serve your request" errors without even doing anything. If I enter an email or click "Continue with Google," I get the error again. However, I've been able to sign up, log in to and use Claude from my Android phone. Has anyone else experienced this or have any insight?
