to sum this up: i have to pay a ticket for not paying for my vehicle registration on time.
no biggie, i'm totally fine with paying the fee. the issue however now lies with paying the ticket. in order to pay the ticket, i need a 'proof of compliance,' of which would be a digital copy of my registration; i need to email the clerk proof. however, i only received a receipt from FLHSMV, and the clerk said the receipt was not sufficient enough proof of compliance.
my registration is nearly here in the mail, but the citation is already almost a month due (2 days). is there any way i can get proof of it online?? flhsmv is only allowing me to buy a duplicate of my registration, but i don't see a digital copy of it to give this guy. anyone got a solution?
