Just like the title says, I picked up an iPad Air (M2) 256GB today at the Costco in Langford, BC for $599.97.

That's a pretty great deal since they're on sale at most places for $949 and the cheapest I've seen was $799 for an open box model at Best Buy.

Fyi, this is the 2024 model. Last year was a big update. The 2025 model is basically the same except with an M3 chip (likely not a noticeable upgrade for most people using this device).

That’s a pretty new model isn’t it? Apple stuff doesn’t usually go on sale at least not until it’s basically defeated by the next product line. What gives?

I am starting grad school, mostly will be using for school, research, studying. Should I get the refurbished older iPad Pro 13 inch or the new one?
