I've been on a old grandfathered Magenta MAX plan. I knew if I changed to either the Go5G Plus or Go5G Next plan, we'd get a pretty good trade-in for our iPhone 13 Pro's. So from what I saw the rep show me (including last day for the offer being today 01/02) I pulled the trigger. I switched to the Go5G Plus plan for $10 more a month and from my understanding I receive the following:

$1000 credit per phone, so $2000 total for my wife's 13 Pro and my 13 Pro Max.

(2) Costco Virtual Shop Cards, $100 each.

My iPhone 16 Pro Max was $1199.99, the wife's 16 Pro was $1099.99.
I knew the taxes were due at the time of purchase and that came out to around $200. But when going through the EIP agreement, I don't see the $1000 credit anywhere. Just the full amount due so like $45 and $50 more per bill for the devices. Sales rep said not to worry about that, when I returned the phones, we'd see the $1000 per phone credits.
Also, I don't know if the $1000 per phone is correct because if not mistaken, that's when only going to the Next plan, if not it should be $830 per phone. So was this another promo or a COSTCO exclusive type deal?
Looking to sign up new from Verizon with 4 phones on the Go5G Next plan. T Mobile corporate store quoted trade in values of $1,000 for our iPhone 13 Pro Max’s. The cost upgrade to iPhone 16 Pro Max is $200 ($8.33 per month for 24 months). At Costco, the trade in value they gave me was less and my monthly iPhone 16 Pro Max payment would be $17.71 with the iPhone 13 Pro Max trade in.
Does this sound right?
My iPhone is going out on me and I’m wanting to upgrade this year. I just saw a leak saying the iPhone 15 is going significantly up in price so I am now considering getting an iPhone 14. I just need the base model 128GB in black so Costco works great for me especially with 4% back with membership and CC.
My question is - when would the best time to buy an iPhone 14 from Costco be? Do they typically drop prices after the newer model comes out? Do they even sell older iPhone models? Would price adjustment be an option if prices were to drop within 30 days of purchase?
Did the promotion of upgrading a line and trading in iPhone 13 through Costco.com. Carrier is AT&T. Wondering if I have to mail in device (defaulted during checkout) or can I bring it to my local AT&T store to complete trade-in process?
