Impressive! I’m trying to pack for a long weekend in a 24L bag, and I’m struggling because of all the health-related items I need to bring! Between medication in various forms, a neck fan, additional clothing since I don’t deal well with heat OR cold, I’m wondering if I can really do one-bag trips anymore, or if I just need a bigger bag. February 19, 2025Cotopaxi Allpa 35L - duffle carry?
Just tried this for you with my husband's 35L Allpa and a really nice shoulder strap from an old Timbuk2 messenger bag. I did not load the bag, but the way it hung from the strap seemed balanced so I think this could work. You could easily attach the strap to the top and bottom handles with large enough opening in your strap clips or carabiner. The top handle was too thick for me to completely latch the existing carabiner on my strap to the top handle but that is just my strap. I am sure you could find a strap that would work. Note that the bottom handle is just single-layer regular strap webbing and not reinforced like the top handle, so this setup could eventually stretch, damage, or break the bottom handle if you have a heavy pack without any additional reinforcement. Make sure to carry it with the laptop compartment zip facing up and the easy access to main compartment zipper on the bottom. One final note, I know you want the 35L, but just to let you know, I am 5'4" and preferred the 28L. Edited for clarity. More on reddit.com

I'm looking for a shoulder bag/sort-of EDC for when I take my dog out, and the closest one I could find is Cotopaxi's Trozo Bag. Unfortunately it's mostly sold out and the remaining color option isn't my jam, are there similar ones to this bag that people would recommend?
-looking to hold a mixture of: 9.5" diameter frisbee, a small pull toy, extra leash, or collapsible dish + water bottle, etc. So thinking around 6-8L, and the flatter design of tech bags don't work so well because some of these added items can bulge it a little.
-I appreciate color options or some flair, the more rugged/plain styles are less appealing to me (but honestly I'm willing to check out any recs!). But as a bag holding dog supplies, I wouldn't want something like leather or a nicer material as this'll likely get some wear and tear, and I'm avoiding light colors that dirt could show up on.
