I filed an Asurion claim because the back glass on my iPhone 15 was cracked and they mailed me two separate phones in two separate packages on two separate days. I returned my broken phone but I still have the second box they sent with a different new phone. Can I keep the second phone and give it to my family member?
I filed an Asurion insurance claim. The new one arrived last Tuesday. I have the box for mailing the old but a local UPS shipment center says it's missing the label. I tried checking emails from Asurion and calling the toll free number but am getting nowhere. The store can't do anything either. What do I do to prevent being late on the 10 day return period and incurring a charge?
There should have been a label in the package with the bubble mailer for sending old phone back failing that I would call asurion back and try to get a new one
In the alternate as a last measure, find out the address where Asurion takes returns and pay for your own label. MAKE SURE your RMA # is on your label and in the box on a piece of paper.
So on the 9th of August I started my claim because my screen is broken, on the 14th my claim was complete, $130 deductible taken from my account and all. Then I get an email that my replacement phone is on backorder and they'd let me know when it shipped. After a few day I get the se email and am asked to call so I call tonight and they wanna "upgrade" my phone because they don't know when they'll have my replacement. After taking a while I agree to take the other phone and we get disconnected. I call back and of course it's another person and they tell me that my claim was cancelled and I could start a new one.
I'd really prefer to get my money back before spending another $130!
