Title. When I pull up a manual it shows some type of holes for a special tool to go in. Nothing like that here. The black plunger on top keeps the axle from spinning like my dremel works but I can’t get enough torque by hand to get the grinding wheel off to switch to a cutting wheel.

So the wheel that's on there is just threaded on the shaft. Some wheels don't use the collar to keep them on. With the unit unplugged press the little button on top of the metal part on the grinder and rotate the wheel till it clicks in place. Then firmly hold the bottom in and unscrew the wheel.

I noticed the cheap $9.99 Drill Master rotary tool was recently rebranded under the Warrior name.
Also, last night, I was watching a YouTube video uploaded about a year ago, and the person had a Drill Master angle grinder. I didn’t know Drill Master sold angle grinders, and I looked on the website and it appears that the angle grinder I saw has since been rebranded as Warrior and is now currently the entry-level Warrior angle grinder.
Is Drill Master merging into Warrior, or is the brand just being repurposed? Or are only a couple products being rebranded and they just happen to be the only ones I’ve seen?

Both DrillMaster and Warrior brands were introduced around the same time, around 1999, out of Ningbo, China. From available sources, it would appear that the company LuTool is involved in either manufacture or distribution of it, as well as Bauer and Hercules. Similar products destined for European markets seem to be linked to Powerplus through the parent company, Varo. How those IPs or tooling are managed seems to be highly oriented to convenience and marketing. Sort of like different models of a car frame being marketed under different badges.

Drill master is cheap garbage. Not worth existing. As harbor freight moved towards higher quality offerings i would be surprised if they aren’t just stopping that line
