I'm sure most would agree, having returns on or off doesn't matter as eBay backs the buyers. If the buyer doesn't want it, they can send it back regardless if returns are on. I personally have them on for the 30 day window so that eBay gives me the extra perks along with not having to waste my time on the individual request vs eBay just sending the label to the customer and I just go pick it up. I’m sure it’s more attractive to buyers. Concerned they’d return the item damaged and I would lose money. But I definitely want to grow my shop.

You can’t prevent returns but you can state no returns. A return can be made by the buyer if they feel the item is Not As Described. But I set NO Returns on all my eBay listings as I don’t want to take something back just because the buyer changes their mind.
