September 8, 2023 - I was charged the FedEx rate that was stated in the return, though the return label was for Priority Mail Return Service. It appears that the return shipping label cost that ebay charges is equal to what you paid to send the package if you purchased the shipping label through ebay (not the cost in the listing).
