Find FedEx locations

Shipping locations near you lists locations, including whether or not the location is open now, which is helpful, but no information about pickup times, which is not.

Thank you.
My business is in a decently sized business park that has Fedex and UPS going through almost all day, servicing many of the businesses. We've always been able to rely on one of several Fedex drop boxes to make sure that our time-sensitive packages go out on time. No need to pay for a pickup, just get it to the drop box before 6 pm and we're all set. We've even tendered packages directly to the express courier who finished their route early and had to wait for 6:00pm to start scanning drop boxes.
Recently, we've been seeing multiple delays in our Fedex packages, and after checking our security cameras, we've noticed that sometimes these boxes aren't being picked up, and it's just completely skipped until the next day. Is this a normal policy? And if so, is there any way I can figure when these are actually going to be picked up?
Side question: what's the deal with the picked up/not picked up notification on the box? I literally watched my local drop box change from has not been picked up to has been picked up without anybody servicing the box! Are they just on a timer or something?
