In my experience, FedEx One Rate is cheaper for folks (with no shipping account, particular for Express Saver options). FedEx Standard Rate is cheaper for folks with shipping account discounts, unless they are wanting to use Express Saver, in which FedEx One Rate is cheaper. Essentially FedEx One Rate says that if you ship a package to a location, if you decide to ship another package a month or two later, it'll be the same price. Just makes things a tiny bit easier. Walgreens are not Fedex. They’re a FedEx authorized drop point. Aka, you can drop your already prepared and labeled stuff there just like at many Dollar Generals. A FedEx ShipCenter is likely your local Express station that has a front counter. You should be able to pack and ship from that location. Drop boxes sometimes have supplies, but it’s up to the courier to stock them, and many don’t have time. More on reddit.com

Yeah disregard the standard & economy the thing this is showing you is it is giving the customer the choice of 2 economy rates $7.69 to send it USPS Parcel Select Ground or $15.88 FedEx Ground Economy or Standard $17.22 with FedEx Ground / Home. You can set different shipping policies with Business Policies. For an item this size and weight I have one set as Parcel Select/Priority Mail/UPS Ground/FedEx Ground. It will present them to the customer in the same order you put them in. I have several policies in place to cover 1st Class, Media Mail, small items, medium-large items and xtra lg items. Then when your creating the listing you can choose which one you want and put in your estimated weight and box size (always estimate a bit larger) In my experience most customers pick the first shipping option on the list, but that often times is not the cheapest. Once they place the order you ultimately get to choose who you use to ship. So after inputting the actual weight and box size used you as the seller can pick who you pay to ship it. As long as it gets there at the same speed or faster. You keep the difference as profit on the item. The customer can pay up to get it faster in which case you kinda have to send it how they ask. Hope that wasn’t too confusing but the bottom line is pick the cheapest and try to make a little extra in the shipping department. More on reddit.com
