imo Yuka is a bunch of fearmongering bs. BUT it really depends on what you are looking for. Is shelf stable grocery store bread that doesn't go moldy for a month full of preservatives, of course! But if you want to bake your own bread, its a journey. Almost all gf products need some kind of binding agent like xanthan gum which Yuka might not like. But it isn't something to be scared of (unless you personally have a sensitivity to it). If you are willing to take the journey and buy multiple kinds of flour and get into doing all your own home made baking, then I recommend vitacost for flour, as they are the cheapest I've found with the best selection. Where'd you buy your flour, baked goods, breads, etc? I am starting to see more products at Walmart and kroger, but still not a great selection. And I use the Yuka app, which tells me a lot of those gluten-free products are really not good for you with harmful additives. I feel lost and deprived.
