Actually contact Corporate offices not the terrible normal agents
Best Buy Customer Service
Calling into 1 888 BestBuy is an absolute disaster
Is there a phone number or email address where total tech can be reached? I have a question about my computer. null
Every time I try to contact corporate offices to resolve an issue (that I was directed to corporate to resolve by employees of a store) I just get thrown into the regular customer service system. Part of my issue has been the sheer incompetence of their customer service reps and outright lies they’ve told me to resolve an issue. What’s the real number?
Anyone have any advice on contacting Best Buy. I traded in my old phone and got a new phone. I had a protection plan on my old phone and asked that I have one on my new phone the guy said that he’d cancel the old one and put on for my new phone. He didn’t and I’ve been paying for a protection plan for a traded in phone. Best Buy now says that the best they can do is refund me the 5 months but they can’t give me a protection plan on my new phone because it’s past the initial 14 days of me buying it. This is their employee’s mistake and the reason I didn’t know was because they were charging my account each month for an invalid service. I’ve been on hold and hung up on multiple times and when I actually go to the store they say only corporate can help.i am at a loss of what to do
I understand cost cutting but Jesus - how low can the company go?! Inside the store, everyone is so stressed that they have become numb to customers... Literally gotten to a point where empathy is null and void so that those employees can maintain their sanity (unfortunate souls indeed, customers treat them like crap because they want help yet, there is no help!!)... You leave the store to call Customer Service for help and holy crap - you are sent to a far off distant land!! This land ain't a happy magical place like Disney, it's the opposite... Transfers upon transfer upon transfer - language barriers and difficulty communicating - lack of understanding, etc can some quality reinvestment of capital go back into the employees?! Starting at the top, what are you all doing?! Have any of you walked in a store lately?? Called in for assistance?? BestBuy is turning into a place of no experts and no service
I bought a laptop from Best Buy and I’ve been having a lot of issues. Apparently, the courier lost the package and I’ve been trying to get a replacement or refund. I’ve talked back and forth with Best Buy employees on the phone and I couldn’t get help so I went to the Best Buy in my city and talked with the manager with some help. He said the best thing to do is to contact Best Buy Corporate by email or phone and talk to them about my issue. I’ve been looking all over and I can’t find the email for Corporate. I found 2 phone numbers that contact Corporate but I couldn’t contact them because I didn’t call within the business hours. The next thing I want to do is email them but I can’t find an email for Best Buy Corporate. Does anyone know the email for Best Buy Corporate?
Is there a way to get through to someone in the US that knows anything?
It seems that no matter what I call - 800-BEST-BUY or my local store, I get routed into an outsourced call queue to India where the agents don't know a damned thing and can do even less.
Any help you can provide would be most appreciated!
I purchased an open box monitor listed in excellent condition, specifically listing that it had all the original cables with it.
I go to the store to pick it up Sat afternoon, and it’s just the monitor, no power cable or AC adapter. I looked up the power cable, it costs $30 on eBay, so I told the store manager if they knock $30 off the price I would still buy the monitor.
Manager agreed, but says the refund will take 30min to 1 hour because he cannot issue a refund to an online order for pickup immediately at pickup. I got his name and left, figuring I could call the store and talk to them if the refund didn’t show. The manager said he would email me the receipt too and took my mobile.
Well, it’s Monday afternoon, no refund. I call the store and get transferred to a call center in India. I explain the situation and they tell me they have no notes in the system about a refund, so I need to physically go to the store.
I ask them to transfer me to the store, as I see no reason to waste my fuel and time to go to the store for an issue easily resolved by phone.
Lo and behold, not only will they not transfer me to the store, they or none of their supervisors will call the store to sort the issue out. My only option is to physically go to the store. I told them if I have to go to the store, I am not only returning my monitor, but $600 worth of other stuff I recently bought, and am likely to never shop there again. Still no resolution.
So I guess I’m going back to BestBuy for hopefully the last time in my life and returning ~$800 worth of purchases because apparently it’s Best Buy policy to not be able to communicate with store employees.
Sorry, just had to rant in case some jackass in Best Buy corporate read this sub.
