So I've been using a Jabra Evolve 75 for quite a while, typically making calls to clients over a VOIP from my PC.
I've been using it with a 370 dongle since the beginning, but today I unplugged the dongle, and it was working perfectly without the dongle, only using my PC's onboard bluetooth connection...super weird, but great!
Did jabra update their software to make this work now?

My USB dongle has stopped working which means I have to have my headset constantly attached via a USB cable. How can I fix this as the headset is so good.
Hello everyone,
I received a new laptop and now I am having the following issue:
When directly connected via Bluetooth i am not only muted in a call when moving the boom arm up, but also there is no sound any more. When I use it with the Dongle everything works fine.
With my old laptop all functions worked also with Bluetooth only....
Though I searched a lot now i didn't find any answer despite: "Use it with the Dongle". But as Laptops come with only 2 USB ports nowadays and as I would like to avoid damaging the USB dongle while on my way I would be happy if I could get rid of it again - especially as it already worked on my old computer?!?
I would be really happy if anyone could help. I also tried this, but it didn't change anything:

Hi all
I purchased this second-hand on the assumption that, once connected to my laptop, I could move around the house with just the headset and my laptop. However, am I right in thinking the base needs to be connected to my laptop at all times for the headset to work? Slightly disappointed if so!
Thanks
Hello,
I lost my link 380 connector, is it possible to connect the headset to laptop directly via Bluetooth?
I searched alot online but I can't seem to find a way to switch on Bluetooth for pairing on these headsets. Is it even an option?
Thanks in advance!
Hello.
I received a Jabra Evolve2 65 yesterday after my Evolve2 75 died. Sad, the 75 was much better, but my company does not hand it out anymore.
Anyhow, the 65 did NOT come with a USB dongle. No problem, I connected it via Bluetooth. But now I want to make some adjustments in Jabra Direct and Direct does not find the headset. If I click on pairing, the software says: "Insert a Jabra Bluetooth adapter or Jabra DECT USB adapter to par a wireles Jabra headset or speakerphone with your computer"
You do not get a USB dongle anymore with your really expensve Jabra equipment and without a dongle you also cannot use the software?
I really hope, I am missing some other options here; can anybody give me a workaround to get my Evolve2 65 into the Direct software without a dongle??

Edit: Found the dongle in the pouch. Did not expect anything to be in there and threw it into the corner already :) Sorry, my fault.
