How to dry a comforter the right way
If your comforter's care label gives the green light, go ahead and pop it in the dryer. Set it on low heat and throw in a couple of clean tennis balls. Tennis or laundry balls help keep the filling from clumping together.

r/CleaningTips on Reddit: What dryer setting actually dries a comforter in one go?

Absolutely every time I wash my comforter, i I throw it in the dryer, take it out, get ready for bed, and immediately realize that the comforter is still damp. Today when I washed my blankets I was more careful. When the initial dry was done, I took the other stuff out, and ran the comforter for another 15 minutes. When I took it out, it felt dry to the touch.
Feeling all proud of myself for learning, I put the comforter on my bed and laid down, just to realize that once again, the comforter is still damp. I just went to put it for another timed dry for 25 minutes.

How big is your comforter? I have a king sized comforter and I have to honestly put it in to dry around 5 times especially during winter time. So what I do now; thanks to summer and the sun I air dry it first to the point where it’s almost dry and then I put 4 dryer sheets and dry in the dryer.
