Sealy 3.0 adjustable bed troubleshooting
Somewhere in the history of the 3.0 there was a change which also affected the child safety unlock procedure. I think the old way was hold feet up and down for about 6 or 7 sec until the backflight flashes and stops. The new way is to press and hold head up and head down for about 6 seconds till it flashes, then do same on feet - feet up and feet down for 3 sec until it flashes. if whichever wag you tried didnt unlock it, then try the other method. If neither way works lol, then try holding head down and zero g button for 3 sec, and then head up and zero g for about 3 sec until it flashes. Hope one of these works! More on reddit.com

I've never seen your bed, but fixed a friends adjustable bed (not sure of the brand) when a disgruntled ex cut the wires. In his, the piston that drives the movement is held on with a cotter pin. Pulling that out allowed the bed to lay flat. Its not a true fix, but is quick and easy if you want the bed flat to sleep on. More on reddit.com

Look at the box under the base and see if there are any lights on it and if they are working as its possible that the control box died. They may have a troubleshooting number to call as well.
