Basically every single post in this subreddit is about the same issue now. It’s a cloudflare (dns) issue, which Hypixel have no control over. They can’t fix it, they can’t give an ETA as to when it’ll be fixed either. It tends to just fix itself, normally within minutes but it can take longer depending on the issue itself.

Different Services run on different ports. Port 80/443 will serve the website. Port 25565 will serve the Minecraft server. If you want to do the same just put your web server on the same box that run the Minecraft server. Welcome to the community! If you want to join hypixel the process is very simple; Check if you are using a console (ps5/4, Xbox, Nintendo switch, stuff like that) If you are on a console, sorry, you can’t join hypixel. If you are on a computer or laptop, perfect! Select the version you wish to play (most people use the most recent version or 1.8.9) (if you don’t know how to select a version you are most likely on the most recent and are already set.) Once the game is booted, hit the multiplayer button and on the bottom of the multiplayer screen you should see an “add server” button The name doesn’t matter but in the IP section type in mc.hypixel.net Hit done and double click on the server or scroll over the little picture and hit the large triangle. Viola, you are in hypixel!
