i found out that my iphone 11 wireless charging doesnt work, i bought a wireless powerbank that attached to the back of your phone and when it arrive i tested the powerbank and it wasnt working and i thought the powerbank is defective, but when i tried it to my cousins phone it worked, and i wanted to know whats the issue with my phone, all i know is that it has unverified battery and i think its boosted because the battery health doesnt drop for almost few months now since i bought this phone, i check the analytics and it showed this 5619mah thats how i know its a boosted battery its a secondhand, thats why and i dont know if its because of the battery or the wireless charging coil, that needs to be replaced, i just wanna make it clear before i get it repaired..
My iPhone 11 will not wirelessly charge on charging pads after a restart. Not an update, just a quick off/on. It worked perfectly fine immediately beforehand, but now there is no reaction between the charger and the phone (they don't "recognize" each other I guess). Things I have tried:
-
Restart again
-
Take off my phone case
-
Verify my charging pad can still charge other devices, including another iPhone 11
-
Try charging my phone on another pad (no charging)
-
Search through battery settings (battery health is 76%, but that's nothing new)
-
Update iOS (updated to 17.2 today, no improvement)
It's pretty frustrating and confusing but not the end of the world. Thanks for any help/advice
